A: We recommend to bring snacks, waters, hats, sunglasses, and some good tunes.

Q: What about bad cell service?
A: All of our GPS maps are offline! Which means no service, no problem!

Q: How old do you have to be?
A: Drivers must be at least 22 years old, however passengers can be any age!

Q: Do kids require car seats?
A: We highly recommend if your child still uses a car seat in your personal vehicle, it should also be used in the UTV to ensure the best safety.

Q: What is required?
A: Drivers must be at least 22 years of age, with a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Q: Cancellation Policy?
A: Any cancellations for a reservation must be at least 7 days in advance. Reservation changes within 7 days can be credited or rescheduled.

Q: What are your store hours?
A: We are open 9am-9pm, 7 days a week! Winter hours may differ.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 421 E 2nd Street, West Jefferson NC, 28694.

Q: Will I get dirty?
A: While you will be traveling through different terrains such as gravel, dirt, and paved roads, there is a chance to get a little dirty along the ride. Each UTV is equipped with windshield, roof, and doors to help with the elements and provide additional safety.

Q: Can I go off-road?
A: No, our UTVs are not designed for harsh off-roading. Our routes will take you through dirt, gravel, and paved roads. If our GPS indicates that you are off-road, you’ll have to bring the rental back and there will be no refunds.

We understand family plans can change. Therefore, we offer:

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before your tour.
  • Date changes without penalty (subject to availability).
  • In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
